Dear sir,

 

i have hp laptop with  Serial Number: CND43472GD Product Number: J2C54PA . but there is problem that is windows activate 8.1not active.. when i buy this laptop before 4 month and 2 days the image is corrupt & then i m repaire from hp service centr. that time is working good but after one month is shown everytime when i m open laptop and start then  there is one page that is windows activation. but my laptop is already have 8.1. so why i m activate again? i m purchase this laptop from amozon.com. pls help me but i m not in india i m in indonesia? so pls kindly request u pls do rpl fast?

Not able to download load drivers for my HP Dv6 6017TX from HP website

Hi All,

 

I am not able to download driver for my HP Dv6 6017TX  from HP website. I tried many times but no luck every time after click on submit button a processing image appering but never get any driver list.

 

I tried the same in different browsers but no luck.

 

could you please look into this on priority as my laptop windows was crashed and need to intall drivers?

I have just bought probook 450 g2 but it does not play movies smoothly sometimes . Although it doesn't happen every time but it's enough to irritate . As much I know about this machine , it's very good for daily normal use them where is the problem? Since it doesn't happen every time I play movies so I can't claim warranty too , is it due to drivers or what ? Please help

Problem with volume touch

Hello,

I wanted to know if anyone could help me out with this issue: I just formatted my laptop and installed Win7 HP 64 bit and I can't anymore to visualize volume bar of HP on screen. I tried to install HP Quick Play, Quick Launch Buttons and Quick Touch, but it doesn't work. Maybe I have installed a wrong version? Maybe I have missed an other driver/software?

How can i solve this problem ?

Hello. I have a problem with my PC. It is three years old and i never had a problem of this kind. I accidently started a program with a torrent and soon all my program's we're being opened with the torrent, so i could not access anything as the torrent would open. So i wrote system restore on search and clicked on my option. I went on advanced and clicked System restore. It took a while for my laptop to finish,but when it finished it oppened a version of my later from a while ago. I changed my password alot if teams and i could only remember the latest one. I have tried everything from your recent post's to users with the same problem and none worked.

I am really confused. I do not have a installation disc, i cannot command prompt, i do not have a password usb and nothing that can retrieve the password. None of the standard,tool's work for me, Mine as well stress and buy another laptop but my laptop is working very fine and just because of that i forgot my password i want to find a way that i can remember it as simple as a email to my hotmail. (i wish)

HP simplepass not working

Hi there.

 

Last week I reinstalled windows onto my laptop and now HP SimplePass isn't working. I tried using v6.x and when I tried to set it up to use a fingerprint to log in to windows, it said my password didn't match (I made sure I typed it in correctly). I updated to v8.01.11 and I don't even get an option to use a fingerprint as a windows log in. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling simplepass and the fingerprint readers drivers, to no avail. According to windows the validity sensor is unavailable, however it shows up and the drivers are up to date.

 

It worked for 2 years before this, but now it doesn't. I've searched all over the internet to find an answer but nothing has worked.

 

Does anyone have any other ideas?

Windows 7 64 bit SP1

Bluetooth Peripheral Device Driver "Not Found"

Hi Experts,

I am using a
HP Pavilion dv6-6093ex
Windows 7 64-bit operating system

i am having a problem with my bluetooth peripheral device driver. in device manager, under other devices, i see a yellow icon displayed beside bluetooth peripheral device. i tried to update it but it says "Windows was unable to install your Bluetooth Peripheral Device". When i click SCAN FOR HARDWARE CHANGES it refreshes the drivers and i get a balloon in my notifications area saying"Installing Device Driver Software" but after sometime it says "Bluetooth Peripheral Device     No driver found"

what should i do???

can i uninstall this device from device manager???

Newly restored and suddenly messin up

Installed Adobe Reader, had to restart laptop for up dates. Got to the sign in screen all seemed good, logged in and my screen was black with onl the movement of my mouse on the screen. Couldnt do anything.. tried restarting. Went thru same procedure, signed in and screen was the same as it was... pressed alt ctrl dele and it did bring up the task manager but nothin I could do there

I cannot install Windows 8.1 PRO: I boot with the authentic Microsoft Windows 8.1 PRO DVD, the operating system installs without asking the activation code and when system reboots I check that Windows version is Windows 8.1.

If I try to update windows 8.1 to the PRO version, the result is the same.

When Will HP Fix Their Driver Downloads???

I need to do an OS reinstall on a Pavilion dv6t-6b00 and I've been trying to download drivers from the following URL for weeks, but it's broken.

When I choose Windows 7 x64 and click "Submit" I get a little blue spinning square, but it just sits like that forever. I've tried on 3 different computers using MS Internet Explorer and Firefox, at home, at work, and on my work laptop with a Verizon 4G card with the same result.

 

I've reported this issue to HP 3 times over the last few weeks, but there is no change. Can someomeone please provide an update?

Ordering a Pavilion 15t with I7-4510U processor plus NVIDIA 840M graphics.  This laptop config only come with Win 8.1 OS, which I do not care to use.  Plant to install Win 7 Home Premium from scratch on a SSD.  I'm told I'll have driver problems.  If true, are there solutions for drivers.  Am I facing other other problems?  Product #J2N76AV_1 (from HP website).

hp 15-r101na win7 64bit usb doesnt work

hello,

 

I downgraded hp 15-r101na from win 8.1 to win7 64bit, and got a huge problem, all usb ports doesn't work (although they provide power).

I was unable to update drivers via "Device manager", windows just dont find them.

I tried downloading drivers from http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-15-r100-Notebook-PC-series/7234951/model/7429481/drivers#Z7_M0I02JG0KONJ30ACBBF8MM1085 , but it did not help.

 

Maby someone could recomend third party drivers, or other solution?

Recovering lost Windows 7 64bit

Hello,

 

I received a HP Pavilion g6-1325sa Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit laptop for my birthday about 2-3 years ago now and a situation happened a while back which forced me to wipe my hard drive completely, removing the Windows operating system in the hard drive entirely and made me go to Ubuntu as I had no OS. I am now trying to recover my Windows 7 operating system and am having some issues trying to find the right place. I went to the Windows website and tried to download the right operating system and typed in my serial number for the licence that is still on the bottom of my laptop. Windows gave me an error saying that HP are the ones who I need to contact to get back my operating system. Looking through the website, all I get are tutorials on how to restore a laptop with Windows 7 already on it or irrelevant tutorials along those lines, but nothing that helps me. Am I missing the page where I type in my serial number and get back my OS or are HP going to try make me pay for a whole new OS, regardless of the fact that I still have the code for my old one?

Any help is much appreciated,

I have a Pavillion DV7-7000 laptop that has been upgraded to Windows 8.1 and has been working fine till I did a restore to a few weeks back the restore seemed to have gone fine looked like it had powered down as the screen was blank the following morning, hit the enter key to wake it up and the only thing I got was a cursor on the screen, rebooted and the same thing. It appeares to boot part way an stops, have tried using a set of recovery disks bit it tells me that it is not for that computer.  have tried using the orignal restore disks and get the same thing. I am kind of caught betwen a rock and a hard spot on this one. Anyone have any ideas as to what I might try.

Product Key Question

My family recently bought me the 15-f023wm Notebook for me to continue my college courses. Trying to access Microsoft office I know there is a 25 character product key, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Not in the manual, on the box, on the laptop, or anything. I read an article stating that the product key is in the BIOS of the computer but I don't know what that means. Or is it that I need to go and purchase Microsoft Office and just don't realize it, how would I know whether or not I need to? I would greatly appreciate the help. Thank you.
