Boot Device not found
My son was trying to erase something and looks like he wiped the operating system. The hard disk diagnostics passed. During start up it displays a screen the says: Bood device not found. Install operating system on the hard drive. Hard disk (3f0).
I do not know what windows version was on it. What windows version can be installed and where can I get a recovery disk?

Factory reset Notebook
I have an HP Pavilion Entertainment PC, Product #: NQ615AV which came with Windows 7 operating system. A while back ago, I upgraded this notebook with Windows 10. I wanted to factory reset this computer to it's original setting however it looks like there is nothing in the recovery drive. I believe when I upgraded to Windows 10 I must have deleted all the files. I can not locate the Windows 7 recovery disk that I made. How can I get my notebook back to factory settings. Does HP provide a CD/DVD disk or USB drive that I can use to factory reset this notebook?

my drafting software suddenly stops working. I tried uninstall & reinstall of same but problem remains as it is.

Pc won't start anymore
Hi,
I buy a new pc for my wife for christmas.
Surprise, after doing windows update and hp updates which are recommended it won't start anymore!
Restart 10 times. The recovery won't work. I have a blue screen with "bad system config info".
I'm furious about your product wich is unusable while it is new. Never see this in 10 years! What the hell!

Update HP recovery partition from Win8 to 10 & make a Win10 recovery drive after OS upgrade.
Windows 8 was originally installed on my Pavilion 17 Notebook. It's Windows 10 now. When I recently recovered the OS, it recovered to 8. I had to repeat the upgrade to 10. Now, I can't get it to make a Windows 10 recovery USB drive. It only makes a Windows 8 recovery drive. I want to update the HP recovery partition to 10. Is this possible or would it be better to delete it? Thanks in advance for suggestions.
