Hello,

I`ve bought a Pavilion 14-ce0003nj laptop about a month ago. Right off the bat there were problems with it - CPU usage was alarmingly high, and there was a strong vibration to the right of the touch pad. I've handed the laptop to a HP service center. Later on, the HP technichian there told me that the computer had been overheating, that the fan had been faulty, and that he had replaced the fan. Also, the OS was reinstalled(win 10 home 64bit). Regarding the CPU usage, I was informed that nothing could be done about it. Currently CPU usage is too high even when no programs are running, fluctuating wildly between 1% and 80%. 

How can this problem be fixed?

Any accisstance would be appreciated.

Hi, I almost just bought a computer from your brand. Everything works as it should, except for the mouse, the mouse running back and forth and cannot be worked on. I'm thinking it's a bug in the computer. What do I do? Yours sincerely, Elisa Fanøe

Hi i have an hp pavillon 13 x 360 on which i installed windows 10 64bit october 2018. I tried to disable driver signature true the advance setup and when i reach the stage where the computer has to reboot inorder for me to select the option of disabling the driver signature the screen just turn blue and nothing will display untill i reboot. I also tried disabling driver signature with cmd in administrator mode. It will say success but when i try to install unsign drivers. It refuses. Please help me

Hi,

I am Aditya here. My laptop scree is stuck with 'Preparing Automatic Repair'.

I ran Quick test on Hard disk test and memory test. Both have "PASSED" results.

Request you to kindly guide me further.

Also i need to take a back up of important documents from my drive.

Hi aLL!

 

 System powering up, 2 led blinking, no screen.

 

 No HDD in the cage in order to get the BIOS ROM file to recover with an USB stick.

 

  The only files provided by HP in the drivers section are the classical exes containing the tool which flahes within Windows the *.FD which, extracted with 7-zip, does not provide any BIN (at least I have not noticed their presence ^_^).

 

 So: how to provide the BIN file in order to do the magic with WIN+B ?

how do i enable my hardware assited virtualization on my pc. please also tell me the benefits of this and if it could harm my pc.

One of my app is requesting for it, for fast performance. I did a research on it and from what i have read so far it seem to be a good thing, but i would really like to know if it could affect my laptop negatively

Does anybody know how to remove the write protection on the SSD in an HP x2 210 Detachable PC. 

 

I have had a number of issues on this machine with bios startup issues. The first time it happened it was still under warranty and was able to be fixed after it appeared to be corrupted.

 

However it appears that a recent bios issue has caused the same isue and it will not boot.

 

I have tried updating the bios which did not work, formatting the hard drive with various partition tools and also the HP recovery tools all to no avial.

 

Since then I have tried the recovery USB from the HP recommended Best2Serve. This did not work and I have had no response from them after trying to contact them twice.

 

HP suggests on their site to go back to PC World however this would incur further charges.

 

I can run Chrome OS, Windows and Linux from a usb so all I am looking to do is format the SSD and perform a clean install myself.

 

Does anyone know if this is possible?

Hi,

Could someone please try and solve my problem about my apps not working.

I try to open any Apps and they close straight away without any error message.

For example: i have been trying to access microsoft word and excel and they will not open so i un-installed word. I then tried to go on the App store to re-install it and the app store App will also not open.

New laptop started with blue screen restart then needed recovery 

after that different issues from simple slow performance to unresponsive certain applications 

every few weeks there is an issue 

it is frustrating and disappointing 

I have been doing solutions provided hp website but it is time consuming and never a final solution 

last thing a extensive system test failed 

laptop still running but slow and some applications does not work

Hello , my laptop suddenly turned off while i was working on illustrator , and I thought that battery was low so i tried to plug charger to turn it on , but it wasn’t responding , i only see power light blinking orange or red. 

Solutions i tried , i tried to unplug battery and charger , press and hold power button for 15 seconds and then plug both battery and charger again.

When I runs the Windows Updates it keep checking for updates and don't show list of available updates for Windows 8.1 Pro (64-bit).

 

Is there a solution available to fix this problem or I will have to reinstall Windows?

Hi everyone 

 

I’m not tech savvy and having an issue 

 

the arrow cursor thing on my laptop has suddenly gone misssing I have tried to activate the mouse options but it doesn’t work 

I have also re setting the whole thing and nothing I don’t know what to do anymore

I have a new oman laptop. The C drive is smaller than the D drive. D drive 918gb Cdrive 118gb and Edrive 12.7gb. I can't back up my phone because the drive is too small. Can i chnage the Drive to C drive. I can no longer use the C drive as its full. There isn't even that much stuff on there. Its new

This has been an issue since the laptop was purchased less than a year ago (May 2018). At first it would only happen occasionally but now the "missing or damaged Chrome OS" screen has popped up several times a day especially in the last few days. All I will do is log in to my account and the screen will go black and it will pop up. Or it will happen at any moment while watching youtube, etc. I have gone into recovery mode and used a USB recovery and gone through that process. I have also powerwashed the device to reset it to factory settings. Same thing happens hours or even minutes later.
