hi i have use got my new laptop and play store was already on the devise so i tried downloading some game and they will download but when i open it think im on a phone and wont work with keypad. is there a way around this? i have seen people download stuff like noxplayer and stuff but they wont work on mine and i dont know why. any help will be most appretiated. many thanks

No operating system
Laptop was in a repair loop after W10 update, the laptop is 1 week old. Followed instructions to do operating system refresh from partition and after 3 hours it had not gone past 0% so I turned off. Now when I turn on boot device or found please install operating system on your hard disk hard disk. The laptop didnt Come with disks as has no dvd drive. Any help at this stage would be lifesaving. Do I need to buy a new copy of W10 put onto usb? It didnt Come with disks as has no dvd drive.

Spectre x360 (2018) OVERHEATING!
Hi I am sorry you are having this problem too. I had previously bought a HP Spectre x360 and it was a model that was more commonly known for a heating problem, but unfortunately I was not aware of the issue until after I bought it. I had been experiencing the same heat problem which is hot to the touch. I had bought a care pack which helps with replacements and FYI I had sent that computer in for repair multiple times. I contacted them and they “decided” that it was a problem and they gave me a replacement in your model- the x-360-13t touch. I am having the same exact problem with the new one which is your model so at this point I think that I’m going to buy a Apple MacBook Pro

I am having a problem with my laptop. It says "Selected boot image did not authenticate", and was wondering if I can fix this by using a recovery usb?
