My VRAM for my Intel i3, 3220 HD Graphics 2500 PC with 4GB ram is stuck at 32MB and I've been trying to figure out ways to upgrade it. I've done the Regedit trick, but that doesn't work, and I've gone through all the settings in my BIOS, and I can't find an option that allows me to upgrade my VRAM. It has "VGA Configuration" but it's grayed out, and I can't access it.
I need help with my VRAM. I can't find it anywhere in my BIOS.

How to deal with lemon HP laptop, continued BSOD after numerous HP repair attempts
I have now had 7 case numbers assigned and 3 service orders since I got the new computer in May. It continues to have Blue Screen of Death crashes at intermittent times. The computer is obviously a lemon. The last repair attempt that failed was done through the escalation team. Within a few days of the return of the computer, another BSOD crash occurred again. Is there a phone number of HP in the US that I can contact to authorize replacement or credit towards a new computer? I have been without a reliable computer for 5 months now and several weeks without a computer at all as the computer has been shipped back and returned during which I had no use.
The escalation manager said they may replace it with a refurbished computer if they can't fix this one. I find this problematic since I paid for a new laptop, not a refurbished one. I would hope that HP would stand behind it's products but it looks like they are only giving out bandaids.
Got msg from HP BIOS application corrupted or missing. Pleas install application & try again.

Update error: Please insert the external storage media and press OK
I was prompted to update and restart my computer. For a long time, it was stuck on 0 then it went to 23% and next thing I noted was this screen. I have looked up for a guide, got to startup setting and hit F11 then Troubleshoot ->
Reset this PC -> Keep my files = There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made -> Cancel -> Troubleshoot -> Advanced options -> System restore = No retore points have been created..
And so on, I have tried all of the options and did not manage to fix my computer.
Don't know what to do.
ESC - F1 to F7 dont work - everything tried...
Dear people. Recently while I was out of the room my cat had layed dom on my laptop-keyboard ( I guess it was warm...)
When starting again I noticed some serious keybord problems, some of them I could fix.
But now the ESC key and the keys F1 to F7 dont work. F8 to F12 do.
I tried everything I knew:
- FN lock
- enabling, disabling FN lock in BIOS
- changing to a new language in my settings and adding a new language keyboard
- update the drivers for the device
- deleting the keyboard in the device manager
- doing a windows backup
It all did not work. I then thought that the keys would have been damaged physically.
But when I connect a bluetooth keyboard I have, the same keys dont work: ESC & F1 to F7, while they do with the same keyboard on my MAC. So the problem must be somewhere in the software.
I now wanted to do a complete clean resinstall of my windows, formatting my drives, but the problem I have is:
BIOS needs the F5 and F6 keys in order to change my boot order ! And they dont work in the BIOS !
Can anyone help me with this strange problem?!
Thank you very very much !
should I create a usb cloud recovery drive just in case?
As a rule, does the new Cloud Recovery system make it no longer necessary to create a USB recovery drive to have on hand in case it is necessary in the future? Because you can always download and make a USB drive from another computer if you need it?
Related, does the Cloud Recovery image change over time, to include various updated elements? (In that case, you would be better off not making a USB recovery drive until you need it?) Or does it always take you all the way back to the way your system was when you bought it? (In which case, it wouldn't hurt to make a USB drive now to have on hand just in case, since it will always be the same.)
Thanks, community!

When i was resetting my pc it shows error that some files missing ,insert recovery disk to fix but when I inserted my recovery disk (never used before) it says disk is invalid. My recovery partition was lost after I upgraded to Windows 10. Being the latter OS absolutely unusable on my device, I now have to reinstall Windows 7 from an ISO file thorugh a USB stick. For this reason I need 1) the Product Key of the original Windows 7 Starter preinstalled (I cannot see any sticker in the battery compartment); 2) the device drivers for LAN and network (wi-fi) that I was not able to locate in the HP Storage section (none of those I tried succeded).
