My computer doesn't load. It states its scanning and repairing and has been for 48 hours. I have removed the battery and it's on power from the AC. The F11 button doesn't do anything. Help.

Error code Oxc0000225
My Pavilion Notebook crashed during a Windows 10 update. It says a file is missing or contains errors windows\system32\boot\winload.efi I also ran a diagnostics that came up with Failure ID MCU71H-8089G3-MFPWLK-61B403 The pc is 3 years old, came with Windows 8 and then got the free upgrade to Windows 10. Does anyone know where I should go from here please?

Error message - Install operating system before proceeding
When I booted up some of my programs in the task bar were gone and one of my email accounts was gone also. I did a system recovery and after about an hour and a half I got a basic desktop but everything was locked up. I shut down and performed the full diagnostics and everything checked out ok. I shut down again, rebooted got the diagnostics screen again with the missage to install an operating system before continuing.
I don't know what happened but can I purchase operating system software?

HardDisk Problem and Replacement Policy

I have discussed my "graying of my Drive letter in the Context of Windows Explorer" at :
Yesterday, I again got that problem after a gap of 1 week with no unsual before its occurrence even for a week. However, when I asked them to replace my laptop, they performed a harddisk test and then told me that hard disk fine so lap top can't be replaced.
Then they registered me for monthly service after some initial payment. I can't understand how they can monitor this problem. Have they got any tools to monitor windows explorer's or Harddisk's unresponsivness? I asked this question and they said that "you would inform us"? Its only 15 days. Why i can't avail 30 days return policy which was told to me at the time of purchase?
I know this is a voluteer's forum but sometimes some HP people also give replies. Also I want to record this problem so that if things go worse I have somehing to tell to the support people that I spoke about this problem earlier and I received a ticket also in this connection.
My problem is not a constant problem. Its a periodic problem as told to me by McCaffe technician. So it may occurr again in days, months or even in years. This maybe true because I want to keep laptop for more than 5-6 year. I have round 6 years old pavillion laptop g2 series but I am not replacing it beacuse its working fine.
So what if the problem which I am telling occurs after the warranty ends? I dont think anybody would listen to me.

Windows Update
Hi!
The other day, I restarted my laptop so it could do an update. But, it a blue screen appeared. I’m going to leave the pictures because I don’t know how to explain it.
My dad (who knows a little bit about computers), pressed advanced options and pressed “Continue to Windows 10” but it went back to the “Your PC ran into a problem...”
I have no idea of what to do. I was just giving the update. I didn’t ask for any of this. Hope someone can help

BSOD, cannot install/uninstall
Have had laptop since 2018. Was fine last night. Today BSOD, tried hard reset, am able to open in safe mode, have tried recovery to last update, uninstalling recent downloads, and downloading Windows 10 again. But software not working and will not allow install, download or recovery. Is there anything I haven't tried?

Serious issues with harddrive & blue screen errors
Hi guys, so i've been struggling with this for nearly three months now and customer service has been absolutely abismal. I know they're just doing their jobs but it's just left me feeling like all their trying to do is avoid replacing it completely or refund me.
To start, I'm a software tech and have training in correcting software issues, but no where near as grandios as my dramatic laptop seems to be. The computer is custom, i built it on the website (not by hand) and bought the 3 year extended warranty, it's just over a year old at this point, i have 22 months remaining.
The issue is that my laptop, which was built for gaming, (Yea yea, i know laptops aren't great for that anyway, but i don't have space for a desktop at the moment), can't game. It crashes constantly with the following blue screens.
System_Service_exception
Critical_Process_Died
Unexpected_store_exception
Kernal_data_inpage_error
and most recently (after sending it in to be repaired) Memory_Management
The bluescreens freeze at 0% for about a minute then the screen goes black to "no boot device found".
here are the solutions we've worked on (both by myself and with the "help" of HP
defraged all drives
Updated all drivers
ran extensive Virus scans (clean)
Ran an extensive system test: (All passed)
Ran a Bios Update
Did a Full System Restore/ Factory Reset '
Redownloaded the Windows OS completely erasinge everything in the process to start fresh.
(HP repeated the BIOS update again after this)
Unfortunately, all of the above did nothing and infact the bluescreens got worse after redownloading the OS. Now just running 2d games has become impossible as my computer will crash within 15-20 minutes of play. Even minecraft for goodness sake won't run longer than that on the lowest settings.
I sent it to HP with all of this information, as it should have been recorded with each call. But they just did the following.
Repair Actions:
Driver Updated and/or Reloaded
Reinstalled Operating System
Performed Extensive Testing
No Parts Replaced
again, they had me redownload both windows and the OS while on the phone with them. So the frustrating this is everything is pointing to harddrive or graphics card failure but the extensive testing is coming up clean. I've run out of options and ideas. I don't know where to go from here, my $1500 computer is basically a brick at this point. I can use it to scroll facebook but if even 1 gif auto plays it starts to freeze up and pressing control alt delete just winds up in a blue screen like the above.
I want to just replace it completely but they're telling me they won't because nothing is coming up on extensive testing. I really don't know what else to do. I have videos and images from my computer crashing. Please if i can get an admin to contact me or someone who knows what i can do to get the proper help i need (that doesn't have me on the phone for 4 horus trying to get to speak to a person) please let me know.

Trying to update BIOS on semi-bricked portable using UEFI
Trying to update older BIOS on this system prior to removing a dead HDD and going through the downloads I am not finding the appropriate BIN file for the system board ID (2163) on my machine that I get from the UEFI system information tab.
The current machine BIOS is F.67 and I am trying to move to either 68,69,70 or 71(preferable), which are all available updates for this machine. When I insert the BIOS Update recovery USB drive, and use it there is no 02163.bin file available in the BIOS image, only other numbers.
I am using the HP advice from https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00042629 (update when Windows does not start) and all works except finding the proper bin within the recoverable image to match my system board ID.
Do any of you happen to know about this?

Automatic Repair on Windows 10 not working
My laptop has been like this for a few days now and I have been going around YouTube on trying to solve this problem. All the solutions did not work for me so I came here to find help from someone. In Advanced Options, there are all these choices like resetting your PC, Command Prompt, Startup Repair, and more. I tried them all but it didn’t work. I also tried powering my laptop on and off a consecutive number of times but it just went back to the auto repair loop. Please help!

Windows 10 download, not enough storage. complete reset and get error message "no changes made"
My HP Stream worked well until the Windows 10 update. Error messages saying not enough storage for the download. Had microsoft remote in more than once. No one helped. Now laptop is useless except for surfing. Always get an error message that I'm out of storage and my apps might not work. I tried to do a factory reset today and again, rejection. It gets to 90% and then says there was a problem, no changes were made. I am lost and frustrated. Can anyone help me get it back to where it was before this update issue. I am FINE completely starting over and erasing everything. TIA!

Disk one of recovery media corrupt
Made a set of recovery dvd's after the purchase of my laptop and recently went to check them out and disk one comes up with a read error and has no files on it. Disks three and four read properly and have files located on them. I went to create another set but am unable to do so because I have already made a set. Is there a fix for this issue? I am not sure why the other disks read but not the fisrt one?
