I purchased my HP Pavilion dv7 in 2011. Several months after I purchased the laptop the Simple Pass software stopped working. I was able to make it work with the help of HP technician, but after some time it would stop working again. I sent my computer foe repairs twice while I still had a factory warranty. I purchase an extended warranty with my computer and it was in repairs three times in a row during this year. The company which was working on my laptop required a recovery kit because they had to replace a hard drive so, I ordered the recovery kit from HP fallowing all the instructions on HP site, indicating the model and product number. When I received my laptop with replaced hard drive the pack of software which was installed on my laptop didn't match with the pack of the software which was installed on my laptop originally when I purchased it. It doesn't include recovery manager or any other programs which came with the laptop. I have an issue with the Internet Explorer; it stops working constantly, no matter to which site I want to go. It says that it stopped working because of some problems on that site, but when I use my stationary computer it doesn't show that there are any problems with the site. I want to recover the system on my HP Pavilion, but I cannot do it without the recovery manager. How can I restore the system to the original factory settings?
