I have a new ProBook 4530s running Win7 Pro 64 bit, and I installed Office 2010 (same version I had in my previous laptop).
Seemingly at random, some of my incoming emails are being marked with [SPAM] in the subject; the actual message is attached, and the text of the email is along the lines of:
"The attached message from <xxxx> was determined by the Spam Blocker to be spam based on a score of 5.6 where anything above 4.3 is spam."
It's not coming from my email service - the same message is received without being marked on my smartphone.
It's not coming from my AV/Antispam - I removed the MacAfee that came with the laptop and installed ZoneAlarm just as I had it in the last laptop. It doesn't mark emails, it diverts them to a different folder.
I removed all the Outlook Add-ins that could conceivably cause this, including HP Privacy.
So where is this Spam Blocker lurking? Anyone have a clue?
Thanks,
Bob
