Hello. I'm working on a laptop.
It's an Envy m6 1201tx
Running windows 8 64-bit
Core i7, 3rd Gen
2GB of RADEON Graphics.
Problem is the left part of the laptop right beside the touchpad gets SUPER HOT when playing games like NFS Most Wanted 2013. I needed to fix that and so decided to update my HP coolsense tech from the HP support software, which was preloaded. But I keep getting this:

I don't understand. I downloaded Coolsense using the Assistant program, but then it halts at installation.
I need a soluion fast. The fans are crappy on this laptop. Althought its performance is top notch.
