I've been using Simple Pass 2012 for the year I've had this computer. I use it to log into the computer at start up and also to log into several websites, including gmail and facebook.
Until just a couple of days ago, there were no issues at all. Now, however, when I visit www.gmail.com or www.facebook.com, for example, the Simple Pass doesn't load and I get no prompt to swipe my finger.
It's strange because I still use my fingerprint to log into the computer at startup. Also, I've assigned a few different functions to different fingers, and these finger swipes do still open the pages. Everything seems normal except for not receiving the prompt when trying to log into an account.
Does anyone know why the pop up would just stop showing up?
I've opened the Simple Pass software, and the passwords are still saved, and "Enable Website Login" is still checked on.
