I switched on my Envy X2 and nothing happened. After a minute or two I got a on screen message that states:
Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you. (100% complete)
If you'd like to know more, you can search online later for this error: DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE
And thjat was more than an hour ago and nohting has happened si nce then...Any advice please..???
