HP430 I3 2nd Gen Screen Malfunction

My HP 430 i3 2nd generation laptop had been working fine.One day , I wake up in the morning and find out the screen had 2 black spots connected by a line .After a day ,The screen's condition further worsened and now I just cant see anything.Maybe a case with breaking of film inside. I am Pretty sure that the lappy had been working fine the last night before and nobody had touched it inbetween . 

Will it be covered under warranty?I am attaching a picture of the screen.
