I m currentky having an assue withe the system fan..I had called the customer care and reported the issue ..The tecnician during the phone chat had approved of the issue and a CASE ID was created..as under:-

It has been 3 days when I chated with customer care..They said the tecnician will fix an appointment and report at the addresses in 2-3 days.how can I re-escalate my issue since no steps has been put up till know..??
