No response after 3 days

I m currentky having an assue withe the system fan..I had called the customer care and reported the issue ..The tecnician during the phone chat had approved of the issue and a CASE ID was created..as under:-

Your request is being worked on under Case ID number[Personal Information Removed].
STATUS: CASE IS GENERATED AND IN PROGRESS

Product description: HP Pavilion g6-2016tx Notebook PC
Product number: B3H81PA
Problem description: IN//MF/Standard(3BD)/g6-2016TX/Fan issue

 

 

It has  been 3 days when I chated with customer care..They said the tecnician will fix an appointment and report at the addresses in 2-3 days.how can I  re-escalate my issue since no steps has been put up till know..??
