Simplepass says windows logon password you entered does not match

i Have an HP Pavilion model dv6t-7000 CTO Entertainment Notebook PC   

Product Number:   A3E83AV

I have tried everthing to get this to work, Simplepass will remember my web sites but does not accept

my windows password.

The bios has been updated and have tried various combinations of the Validity sensor driver and Simplepass software.

The laptop is running Windows 7 64 bit. i have turned biometrics on and off for the windows password.

I am using Internet Explorer 10

Im using validity driver 4.3.301 and Simplepass 6.0.100.272

Dos anyone have a real solution for this problem. I've been through all of the discussion boards and none of them have helped.
