Windows 8.1 does not start

I bought a laptop (HP ENVY 15-j037tx Notebook PC) where windows 8 was installed previously. After buying I updated my drivers and later on due to recommendetion from windows I made a clean installation of Windows 8.1 from the store. Windows installed normally and also started fine also had few restarts and they worked fine. After that I updated my windows 8.1 for important updates via Windows Update. At a certain time it asked to restart. Just from the restart the problem began. After restarting nothing but black screen came even without any cursor point. I tried restarting and switching on and off it few times but nothing happened. NO Windows logo or anything....just black screen. After failing to do anything I went to the Startup menu (pressing esc at the time of turning on computer). I found system recovery option and when I tried it the messege came:

RECOVERY
Your PC Needs to be repaired.

A Required device is not connected or cant be accessed.

Error code: 0x0000225

You will need to use the recovery tools on your installation media. If you dont have any contact your administrator or pc manufacturer.

I donot have any disk of windows 8 or anything as it was installed before. But there is a recovery partition in my darddisk there.  So failing to do any repairing I decided to restore all my settings using the recovery drive. Thus I disabled legacy boot (secure boot was disabled before) and entered to Boot Device Option. From there I selected Notebook Harddrive ( I dont clearly remember or something like that and it was not available before I disabled legacy boot). So I thought I was going to get a window where I will click the button to restore all my settings and harddrives to initial stage as I bought. But at my utmost surprise I actually found myself logged in to windows 8.1 (as the problem was never there!!!). So now I restarted again and tried System Recovery at Start up and unfortunately I found the above error message again.  This made me confused and I restored my BIOS setting to default and found myself again in previous problem. Thus it means the problem was not actually solved. Again I enabled legacy boot and change boot device I could again enter to Windows. It made me really confused. But I am still sure that the problem is not solved as my laptop is not working in normal mode and I can also find the error message. I bought my laptop and till 1  month hasnt passed. This is really fraustating to have such problems by just updating windows. So it would be very much helpful for me to get support in this regard and fast. I would like to have possible solution without Factory reset.

Just to add: The troubleshoot at the windows repairing management is not working. I actually tried to follow the http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows8_1-windows_install/why-i-cant-access-to-windows-81/a5cf7f78-f9aa-4af6-881d-474047e48cba process but after clicking troubleshoot there is no RECOVERY MANAGER option. Only Refresh and Reset option. At the advanced troubleshoot option i tried startup repair but it came with a error message that it cant repair the problem and asking me contact you people.

This has been a long fruastrating night with my new machine. So please give me solution where I wont have to remove all the files or do some Reset thing and I can stick with my new Operating Sysytem.

Thnk You,

Tanvir Hasan Shaon.
