Install XP classic style task bar and start menu.
As well as an XP classic style folder view and functionality.
I would like to Disable all "on Mouseover" events
I would like disable all Explorer.exe tool tips
I would like Set custom file icons
I would like to create custom context menus which I'm sure can be done in the registry.
Disable all warnings and warning messages especially
"You'll need to provide administrator permission to" ....
If Windose 8 can not do this then can it be done with Windose 7
Help with any and all of these would be great
