Getting a "MSVCR80.dll missing" error message after installing a new printer on new Elitebook 2570.

Getting a "MSVCR80.dll missing" error message after installing a new XP-610 wireless epson printer on a new Elitebook 2570. Everything prints but keep getting the error message. I tried reinstalling the software like it said and still got the error message. I completely wiped the laptop since its new and reinstalled only the printer and still getting the error message. I can print but no one seems to know why I am getting the error message and everyone is saying its someone elses problem to troubleshoot. Some one please help if possible.
