I am having some issues regarding installing and uninstalling programs and I was told that I would need to reinstall windows 7 - however I don't have access to the key I used to install initially - Can I find that key on my machine? What optins do I have to carrect this issue... can I purchase and install another Windows 7 program such as Pro or Ultimate? any other options?
