hp cool sense is not running after reinstall

hello,

           i updated my os to windows 8.1. i reistalled all drivers(updated) from the site including hp cool sense(version 2.2) but when i search for hp cool sense it is showing "no results found". i am unable to play games(large) as mt laptop is burning. please help me.suggest a solution (if any) to minimise fan sound as it makes me feel worried..
