Windows store

Hello,

Can anyone help?

I have a HP Pavilion 8gb/1TB i5 processor laptop. I have only had it a month or so and a week or so ago I updated to Windows 8.1

However, last night as the laptop was updating, for some strange it went to a blue screen "Automatic repair". After several attemps to reboot the PC, it started working again but it went back to factory settings with Windows 8 and not Windows 8.1.

Now when I try to dwn load Facebook or Rightmove from the store, it says that my system doesnt meat the requirements?

Why? I thought that my PC was a good one?

can any one advise on what the issue may be? Shal I take the PC back to the shop and exchange it??
