USB Input Device (Showing Yellow sign)

Hello HP Community:
Yesterday i've purchased my new laptop of HP-ENVY M6... The laptop is really very good and working fine..
I attached the wireless bluetooth mouse to it and plugged in the bluetooth of Wireless mouse. But Windows 8.1 is not detecting the bluetooth and showing Yellow symbol on USB Input Device. 
The same mouse is working perfect on another laptop of ACCER having windows 8.1 and also on another lapotop of HP having windows 7...

Mouse is working perfect and fine. It is of some local company may be china.. But i don't konw why this New lapotop is not detecting it on any of its USB slot...
For Further assistance i am providing the Hardware ID's as well.. Please provide me with the appropriate driver for it so that i can use it ..
