sent computer HP pavilion laptop to customer service israel two months ago. they have already replaced the mother board and hard disc twice plus replaced thermal system. after replacing the motherboard and hard disc the second time they installed the windows 7 but inorder to activate i need the program key number, which has been rubbed off from the sticker on the back of my computer and it is unreadble.
now we are stuck and need to know how can we find which product we need? how am i able to get the license, that i had and now is erased?
needless to say, we have been busy with this issue for two months and are going a bit nuts.
can someone please advise us?
