Ok so I downgraded from windows 8 to windows 7 and of course I had to install a few drivers. I successfully installed the AMD chipset, the network drivers and a few others but I can not seem to get the USB controllers (I think its the AMD 3.0 USB controller) to install properly. Every attempt either ends in error code (9996) or just flat out failure to install. Any help on this subject would be great.
The device manager is showing two universal serial bus controllers needing drivers.

Note: I have tried numerous times to re-install the amd chipset drivers in hopes that would fix the issure but these two USB drivers always fail to install. Thanks.
