note book can not start

Hi,

I am getting below mesage when I start my notebook .

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software might be the cause .

And for my note book I dnt have disc .

And then it is showing. If u do not have the disc please contact system administrator or computer manufacturer

status : 0xc000000f

Info : an error occured while attempting to read the boot configuration data .

Also I am hearing some sound from my note book fan.

My note details are below

Serial number : CND223SNXP
MODEL : 4-1035TU
WINDIWS 7 HOME PREMIUM

please let me know what to do .
