how do i activate windows 8 bluetooth

I have a hp 2000 notebook pc   

      Idone every thing I had read on how to turn on bluetooth but nothing worked.When i search bluetooth i get a bunch of folders hat says ( microsoft-windows-bluetooth ) and there is a few of them with stuff in front and behind that.Do i need to activate it or what do i need to do?
