Help me please hp masters :) !!!

Hi, i have HP dv6 rossignol edition 

my questions: 1. can't update the graphics Intel HD drivers , its give me error : its computer does not support the minimal something bla bla bla ..i try download the latest version from Intel official site for my opperation system  , i try download not latest version but its not help. its version of my graphic driver now 8.15.10 its a basic version and i think i have problem with start games. Always have error :( launcher of game) has stopped working . I try any solutions of this problem but games not starting. I think its graphic driver\card problem. please help me
                            2.i have now Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit version. It is not basic Windows for this computer. I have on the back of my hp little note with key of Windows 7 home Prem OA . OA its mean that i can reinstall basic windows without download it , its true? and if i can't do this , where i can download windows 7 home prem for install it to my laptop with my key. please help me
