i want to upgrade - how can i get rid of windows 8 and go back to a functioning os (windows 7)?

i want to upgrade, i want to go from windows 8 to a functioning o/s (windows 7). i hate 8!!!! i don't need all the crap Microsoft calls improvements. i want to have a choice of o/s. i don't like microsoft dictatorship.
