I have a new HPPavilion TouchSmart 11 Notebook PC, which I upgraded to Windows 8.1. I have also added Panda antivirus and Malware Bytes. I am now able to download updates but cannot install Cyberlink Power Director, YouCam, or Realtek HD drivers. Suggestions appreciated!
