HP Pavilion 17-e019dx Notebook PC

Why is there no support for Windows 7 on recent HP notebooks?  Windows 7 is 100% choice of business making the final move off of XP which ends support soon.  It is wildly popular with consumers.  Windows 8 by contrast is a failed OS which has little consumer support and is being completely avoided by business.  Surely HP would want to please customers who are sticking with MS's only successful OS.

I am trying  a Dual Boot on this PC to see if I want to keep it.  So far Win7 has delivered most drivers.  My problems are in finding a WIn7 compatible Ethernet and USB3 driver.

What are your opinions on adding back the Coolsense, Energy Star and AC Power control programs.

Thank you.
