HP Pavilion going to sleep every 60 seconds..... why?

I have a HP Pavilion 15-Jo28TX  running Win 8.1, which automatically goes to sleep every 60 seconds, UNLESS I keep moving the cursor (via mouse, keypad or keyboard) or unless if SKYPE is running.

How do I stop this?

I have altered every Power option I can.... no change.

I have had my retailers Tech Support person log in..... and after about 1 hour, said he had no solution.

Can you assist?
