HP Probook 4445s hanging every 10 minutes but mouse still working after I updated to Windows 8.1.

Windows 8 was fine to me. But Windows 8.1 update came out. I updated and installed all necessary drivers on the support page. But it turned out the update will mess up my laptop. I already refreshed it but still hanging. It happens lie every 10-15 minutes interval. After like 3 minutes, it will suddenly work fine then wait for another 15 minutes  then it will hang again leaving only the touchpad working.

Please help me with this issue. It already affects my work.
