I have HP Pavillion 19 inch. In the past two weeks, it had been freezing up, telling me every window I open is not responding, and forcing me to shut it down manually. I've had to go through safe mode every time I turn it on for it to work properlly, so I could take all of my files and put it on to an external flashdrive before I went to restore the computer. But the only option I get is "Reinstall Windows (requires installation disc.)" I've looked the Help and Support window of my computer as well, and it gives what both "Reinstall Windows" and "Reinstall laptop to factory settings" means, but I don't have the second choice when I open up the window for Recovery. I would like to do this all on my own instead of troubling my friend to do it for me, since I've troubled him enough with this thing. Please help? Thanks!
