»Hi, I have a HP Pavilion dv6-6c57ei Entertainment Notebook PC , my hard drive crashed, it was running Win 7 Home Premium. I replaced the hard drive but we struggled to get Win 7 Home Premium reloaded so a friend of mine loaded a Win 7 Ultimate OS as a temp measure. I now want to reload my home 7 Premium and I am now starting to understand why he did not reload it back onto my laptop, I dont seem to be able to reload it with the existsing product key. My laptop came pre loaded with Win 7 Home Premium and I wish to restore it to it so that I can install office back onto my machine. What a struggle.
