Hello, I'm using an HP 14-e005TX on Windows 8. I can't change the brightness settings of my laptop. The buttons work because the brightness icon works when I press them (See picture below). I also tried changing the brightness using the power saving settings and all. I downloaded the graphics driver already and it still isn't working. Please help.
