My son just purchased a HP Pavilion on 8/17/13 from Best Buy. He went in today because he has a blue screen on startup of course they told him he was a day late for them to do anything. Below is what he is getting on startup he has not installed any software. Please help as my son is in college and needs his Laptop ASAP. This laptop is barely a month old.
