one week ago i purchased a hp pavilion15 e016tx laptop.The os in it was crashed.I have created recovery discs but the last disc was not working and it was not showing any error message it was just coming out.I contacted hp customercare.He sent hp service personnel.he came and installed win7 os and said to contact customercare for recovery discs.I have contacted them.They asked me to mail the sreenshots of drives and voice bill.I have installed win8 using windows primary product key.I need original os back.Am I charged for that?My laptop has warranty.help me solve this issue
