HP envy detachable keyboard not working
My keyboard suddenly stopped working today, i checked the bluetooth connection it was okay but the keyboard wasn't working. Everytime i try to press anything the light over the bluetooth key turns on and off, and the on/off light of the keyboard is always off until i attach it to the screen it stays on for a minute or so and then back off. Also tried pressing the bluetooth key for a bit longer it starts lighting on and off but the keyboard doesn't actually work.

i have a unwanted programe partly installed on my laptop thats constantly trying to open (Arcade Twist) wen I try to uninstall it I'm blocked unable to uninstall this app has been blocked for your protection and then the prompt you must use administrative privileges to complete uninstall.

HP Music App Does Not Appear on my PC.
Hello,
When I go to the Windows Store to download HP C. Music it says that I downloaded the App yesterday, which I did, but I cannot find it anywhere on my computer. I have looked in Programs, tried to search for it and when I click on music I downloaded, it doesn't give me the option to open it with HP C. Music.
There may have been a problem when I removed the HP Connected Music old icon today since it was not working for me. I tried to reinstall HP C. Music, but like I mentioned above, it says I already installed it. Can anyone help me please?

Forgot admin pass disable code not working
I just got this com from a friend when they got a new one and they forgot there password i dont know the operating system and or nothing about it cant get ahold of them my disable code is 87796349 what do i do now and is there another code that will work i have the hp and it says stream inside it but i do have a model number it is small and blue

Brand new HP X360 11-k107na Blue screen DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL(rtwlane.sys)
Brand new laptop keeps crashing. Has shown blue screen with error message DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL(rtwlane.sys) 5 times, and has compltly locked up twice ctrl+alt+delete didn't work so had to switch off via power button. Windows update failing to install despite being connected to the internet.

recovery image problem

I have a hp 15 notebook pc windows 10 64 bits. First i wanted to reset my laptop and during the reseting it said problem has occured with reseting so i continued normal to windows 10 but it did not even want to startup . It only showed the hp logo. Then i opened F11 and tried to recover the computer. It then said there is no image recovery file and it cant reset , refresh and recover and also it doesn't have the image file at all . So im asking how i can fix this situation. and also i did not put the image file on a usb flash drive or anything. please some one help me

hp 15-f337wm (touch) recovery assistance, or nuisance?
Purchased this laptop about 2 months ago from Walmart. $210 sounded fair for its specs.
I had decided to try to install Parrot OS along with my OEM of Windows 1064bit Home as my primary.
From there, I had nothing but trouble. I had to disable secure boot to get around the **bleep** UFI Secure Boot Section, which wasnt much of an issue until I accidentally formatted my entire drive losing both my recovery partition and my OEM.
Now, I tried to order a recovery usb via HP, our wonderful company and they tell me the order was canceled. Ok, sure, why then is my statement saying otherwise? I have enclosed a screenshot, private data has been removed or blurred to prevent identity fraud.
I have called HP several times only to have my calls forwarded to almost every department, they all say that the charge was declined, However upon contacting H&R Block's bank, the money was indeed deducted. I just want to fix my laptop here fellas. I'm normally not one to complain as I finally got Windows 10 back after fixing my partition problem and upgraded my RAM.
So a lil help, is all I'm asking, and oh yeah, wheres my **bleep** money HP!

Windows update stuck on check for updates
Windows update was stuck on checking for updates for about 24 hours. When I got the updates I tried to download 14 updates. They would not download. Ran update trouble shooter. It fixed 3 issues but could not solve error 0x80070057. Lost all of the updates after ranning the fix it. Now checking for updates again and taking forever. Have 2 other laptops, not HP's, no problems with downloading or installing updates. This forum was a great help to me in past. Thank you. I hope you can assist me again.

Windows 7 clean install - Updates hang
Hello!!!
Sorry, my first post looks like so many others, but can't fix the issue. 
Got the Notebook to Windows 7 by using Youtube 
, 'Diskpart' to clean and convert to MBR.
Installed via USB retail, sp1 - with no issues - spent ages trawling here to find all the drivers needed, etc. OMG
(The only dirver error that comes up now is 'unknown device - ACPI\MSFT0101'...which doesn't look like it's needed, anyway?)
So now it's all validated and running OK as far as I can tell, but cannot get Windows Update to work?
It just sits there - checking for updates. Same with MSE - never updates.
I know it had worked, momentarily, as there is an Update Agent and KB2685813 and KB2685811 installed in the history...
I'm open to all, and am not completely illiterate. Mostly.
