Spectre Fresh win10 install issues

Hi,

 

Have done a fresh install of windows 10 on the above laptop and the initial install goes through copying the files etc without a problem but on the first reboot you get the hp logo and the spinning white dots which then freeze and nothing happens.

 

The install is being done via usb pen and the media created using the microsoft windows 10 media tool. I have also tried adding in the latest drivers for the above laptop and the same result. so at the minute i have an expensive brick.

 

Anyone any ideas ?

Laptop Model: 15-cs0064st

I need to backup windows 10 system with all third party applications installed. I don't want to do HP Recovery every time when system crashed or no boot up because it takes too long tome and lost all my third party appliactions. What is best whole WIndows 10 system image backup/restore software for HP laptop?

I just would like some help. I did a factory reset on my computer and it has been stuck on 64% for DAYS. I’m getting really impatient and kind of angry at this

I went to factory reset my pc and one of the kids I was baby sitting wanted to play and turned off the  laptop and now when I open it it’s just a gray screen no logo no curser just a gray screen and f11 opening recovery does not work but f10 opening the bios thing works but I don’t see useing that useful plz help I need this pc to work

computer comes on goes to hp logo and spins. nothing more. I checked the hard drive says smart check passed and hard drive 1 short failed  product id L9S24AV

did an up date from hp as it mentioned and this has happened ? I do not even know what has happened . but my hard drive should not been bad just having this long.  I just do not understand why this has happened ? nor what to do. it will not boot to recovery where I troubleshoot. the f11 just will not take me there . what am I to do and if needed a part or windows 10 program where do I get it . I think the program is there but cannot get there ? the computer will come on but will not go pass the logo hp and just keeps spinning. .

I ran harware diagnostics and the system failed the Short Drive Self-Test with error code 0GF882-7MR9GL-XD7WMG-60Q713

and the Long Drive Self-Test with error code: 0GF882-7MR9GL-XD7WMG-618X13.  Could you please let me know what I should do?

HP SOLUTIONS DOESN'T WORK

 

USB RECOVERY FLASH DRIVE ONLY WORKING & BOOTING IF I FLASH IT WITH F48

I want to install windows 10 home which come with HP Notebook pre-installed.

Where I can download & create USB bootalbe media ?

And after installation windows 10 home get successfull activation of Windows 10 home.

Due to some reason I format HP note book and now I need pre-installed windows 10 home which come with HP Notebook.

Warranty is expired. so no support from HP support.

Keyboard and touchpad always disconnect when idle. any solutions for this issue? I believe this is a very long time issue and theres no solution for this kind of matter
