Hi,
I was updated my windows to 1803 for x64 based. And after this update done, my audio didn't work. Even i reinstall driver for conexant isst audio in my laptop. At first i thought my audio broken. So, i brought to HP Centre and solved. They said, they just updated driver not replaced my audio. Well, then i went home and tried to played music and yeah it worked. But only for around 3 hours. After that, my audio stoped again. I found the same sign trouble like before.

So i understand. And i choose to restore my windows to before version. And my audio came back to normal again.
Maybe anyone can help me, which driver i should install after update these window?
Because, i like new update in new windows version, but in the same time i don't want to lose my audio.

Device boot not found
I reseted my laptop to factory settings, now every time I try to boot I get “ boot device not found” I tested the hardware and I get this msg:

hard drive not found
my computer was working fine. it had died so left it alone to charge, then my bf used it and in the middle of him using it, it made a funny noice and started getting really slow. i turned it off and left it alone. 3 days later (today) i tried to turn it on and it told me there is no hard drive installed. the HP PC hardware diagnostic UEFI is what is telling me there is no hard drive installed. what does this mean? did i lose everything saved to my computer? and how do i fix this?

I just updated my windows 10 pro from version 1803 to 1809. After updating, i am not able to access my keypad and touchpad. Is there any solution to that please?

"APPLICATION HAS BEEN BLOCKED FROM ACCESSING GRAPHICS HARDWARE"
I used the pre installed hp support assistant app to go through with some recent updates, the updates were successful however since I have faced some inconveniences... Common notifications informing me apps have been blocked from the graphics hardware eg; "Application Microsoft Windows Operating System has been blocked from accessing the Graphics hardware", Application chrome.exe has been blocked from accessing the Graphics hardware". And frequent crashes or glitches in which the laptop becomes completely unresponsive and the screen will freeze or turn white.
My younger brother owns the exact same device as me and he is also facing these exact same issues. I cannot get in contact with any customer support at the moment so any advice is very much appreciated.

Windows 10 upate 1803 stalled
New computer no apps installed. First went to Windows Update and completed the first set. Started update 1803. It got through most of it. It went to do one of a few restarts and then it stalled. The screen has just the blue HP logo. It will take no input from mouse or keyboard. No flashing light to idicate activity. Its been like that for a over an hour. I am afraid to turn it off becasue I don't want to damage anything. What can I do? I have read about the lack of storage for updating but this computer has a 500GB HDD and 4$B memory. So i doubt its a storage problem.

Convert 3 recovery dvd's into USB recovery flash drive
Hi everyone !
I ordered sometime ago the HP recovery dvd's, theres 3. Two were scratched and I had to use a data recovery (CD Data Recovery Toolbox) which worked amazingly pulling the data from the dvds. When I pulled the data, I created 3 seperate files so how do I combine the 3 into 1 file so I can make a USB Recovery flash drive ? I tried to look up how to recovery multiple dvds and make 1 file but to no avail, theres nothing out there I could find remotely close.
I have seen HP techs who have worked on my laptop download OS systems and create a ISO from data being downloaded, so there has to be a logical route in order to accomplish this ? Or how to I create a ISO file from the 3 dvds ? Afterwards I would presume I could drop on USB and use a Rufus to make it a bootable recovery flash ?

New laptop stuck in system restore
My new (13 days old) laptop is stuck in restore/recovery mode. It has been running for 2 hours now (and there is very little on it!) The message I have is : Please wait while your windows files and settings are being restored System Restore is restoring the registry ... and the timer circle is spinning constantly.
I don’t know what to do, as I presume it would be disastrous to force close it at this point? It doesn’t have an internal disk drive so no disks came with it.
I would really appreciate some help as I am quite upset and feel like I have killed my brand new computer! Thank you in Advance!

I don't have HP Recovery Manager
Hi, I've got a problem. I wanted to do a factory reset, but then found out, that I had to have a cd (which I don't have) or pendrive with my drivers and other things like that, but after some time I also found out, that I have to use "HP Recovery Mangaer", even though I just can't find anywhere. Please, help.

System image for backup
Want to do a system image. My laptop has optane memory installed and enabled. Do I need to disable the optane memory before I do the system image? Not sure how optane works but would there be info in the optane memory stick that would not be imaged? Disabling the optane would return the info back to the hard drive. Just want to make sure I do it right.

Boot
My laptop was stuck on the picture before you enter a pin to get in so I took out the battery. When I replaced the battery and tried to turn it back on all that happens is a black screen, fan, and orange light on the key that looks like this "i" will turn on for a second but then shuts off.

HP Pavilion 11-n000nc x360 hard reset
Hi Pals! After the latest BIOS update, my PC won't turn off and the screen remains blank, however the power button led is on. I tried searching how to hard reset but most of them was inefficient. This is an HP Pavilion 11-n000nc and it has volume up and down keys but does not have a Beats audio button and it has a non replacable bios battery. Please, help me!

Hp envy touchsmart i7
Hi there,
I have Hp envy touchsmart i7 with geoforce dedicated graphic card laptop, i was using it for a good few years and today all of a sudden it just went off, no light, no bipping, no fan noise nothing happening. I took the battery out and did hard resetting but it dint help at all. Could you please advice what should i do ???
