I am stuck in the automatic repair loop and nothing is working. I've followed every support page I could find and nothing is working. It won't let me restart or wipe the computer nor will it let me restore it a previous point. HP Support is down right now and I have no clue what else to do.

How to check if the connector cable is indeed the problem?
My laptop crashed w a BSOD. Upon restart, it prompted for an admin password. I tried blank and two other things, and it is now saying “System Disabled [i 59428160]”
Is there an algorithm that can tell me what to enter?

I have a problem with the svchost.exe localised in sysWOW6. My laptop is running at 100% CPU, I scanned it with Malwarebytes, MRT and Kaspersky and I did not find anything... After restarting the computer starts to behave normally and then goes “wild”. How can I delete it? Should I download something else?

So i got this note book in a storage unit i bought and it has a password on it so i would like to restore it yo factory setting and get rid of the password

Hopefully a simple query! This notebook is now used for a specific purpose. For reasons which don't matter it would fulfil its function much better if I could regress it to Windows 7 from the current Windows 10 64bit. I can find no trace of Windows 7 drivers still existing for the notebook. My question is -
Can such drivers till be found?
If not, will the Windows 10 drivers work in Windows 7?

Hi there, I have a HP Pavilion 110-n000 x360 Beats Edition and everything was working fine until yesterday.
The PC updraded itself but after the upgrade was complete, it will switch on normally and go to my lock screen, but once there my password box does not appear AT ALL. I've searched the community and tried all of the suggestions (BIOS, running a Sysytems Diagnostic, Changing my passcode) and nothing is working. I'm at a loss here and don't know what else to do.

Under the storage tab my recovery drive shows that I have 13.2GB of 15GB used. When I click the recovery drie, all of the folders say O byts excepts for three of them. Documents 4.93 bytes, system and reserved 449 bytes, Other 12.8 bytes. When I click other it says "We couldn't find any folders to show you" However I just purchased this laptop a week ago and I have used it a total of maybe four times. Yes I can log in and everything loads fine. My question is why is majority of my recovery drive being used by unknown files?I downloaded the Adobe CC apps, however I've only used one of the apps and saved three small projects. (I don't know if that is useful information) Also the computer came with 4GB of Ram installed but under the operating system tab, it says that this laptop is expandable to 32GB. How do I expand my ram? I purchased this computer specifcally for graphic design and I need more RAM, I also noticed this like to overheat, does anyone else have that problem? If so what do you do to alleviate the overheating?

my notebook (pavilion tx2000, vista 32-bit) got virus, cannot execute/setting any new application. i need a factory restore disk (media) or any system recovery backup disk to restore/reset the notebook. Hp do not support this product anymore, i need help.
My hp laptop shows an error message when I power on it. It says "repairing for errors. This might take more than an hour to complete." Now it has been more than 24 hours. And the screen is the same. Please help me out what should I do.
Ive had this issue for quite sometime and I would appreciate any help. My computer screen will power down and basically go into sleep mode after maybe two minutes even though the setting is for 10 minutes. I have it set the same for both battery power and when plugged in even though its plugged in. It is also intermittent and the time is inconsistent but I can say it is rarely ten minutes. I am having a terrible experience with this computer only a couple days of use. It worked fine the first day after loading everything up and setting up the computer. I need some help, because it seems as if the computer has gotten incredibly slow and not responding well.
I am hoping HP is taking corrective action for those of us who have purchased this product.
My issues are as follows:
-Slow loading in and black screens
-Frequent video glitches, especially when watching youtube videos where the screen just goes black or green.
- the facial recognition log-in software often can't start the camera
-Various slowdowns and hiccups and slow network performance when loading web pages.
I don't understand how HP can release a product with so many issues. It started the moment it came out of the box, so I don't see how QC could have missed these problems.
I've tried using the HP Support Asssistant program to install updates, but the problems persist.

When I try to upgrade to windows 10 I get the following message:

It appears that you can continue the upgrade to windows 10 by clicking confirm.
Does this mean I cannot upgrade windows 10 without there being a risk of having problems with my display? Or does it have to do with the fact that the driver for this device will not work for windows 10 and when I upgrade I will need to download another driver for this device that will work for windows 10?
I have tried unistalling the driver and reinstalling it from the HP website for my model of computer so the driver is up to date.

Why is there no link in the support section? I need myself BIOS. There is a diagnostic utility, a firmware manager, and the BIOS itself has to ask you every time.
