HP Stream Notebook - 11-r000na (ENERGY STAR)
Whenever I turn the notebook it turns on however the screen is stuck on the hp logo and a black screen later , I have tried to update the BIOS using a BIOS update I put on my USB stick the update worked however the screen is still stuck on the logo. I have 3 months Warranty left, Who do I contact to get this repaired?

I'm trying to set up BACKUP with my external HD.
Somehow, it's seems to be done with windows7, NOT win10...
I don't know what's going on and hope to set up with win 10system.

There are not drivers for USB, network , wireless .... in control panel/device manager .
Pc has not any connection with outer world ( Lan ethernet, wireless, USB ) .

2 weeks after it automatically upgraded to windows 10 my laptop stopped turning on. It has passed the "start up test", "memory test" and the "hard drive test" and still nothing. Best Buy computer dept has stated they will have to wipe the operating system and reset to windows 7. Is there another way to fix this problem as i do not have the backup disk?
When I use my laptop without de plug plugged in, he won't do anything after a while and I have to force my laptop to shut down by keeping the on/off button pressed. I don't know if this is a software of a hardware problem. I have my laptop only for a couple of months, so I don't think I'll need a new battery for my laptop.

Notebook has been working OK with win 10 until anniversary update. Freezing daily. I want to go back to 7. It is way past 30 day time I could easily go back. I have a repair disk I made from win 7. I am still looking but cannot find original disk for win 7. Can I use this to go back from win 10?
My HP Chromebook 11-2200na hasn't charged properly for about 5 months. It only works when plugged in and the second the wire is removed goes dead. I have checked the warranty and even though it was purchased as a christmas present lat year it states the warranty expired on 1st October. Any help on how to fix this problem? I purchased 2 and the other one works perfectly.

I have a Compaq CQ 61-421SA laptop purchase in 2010. I have Windows 7 Recovery Discs from that time.
I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7, early 2016.
I do not have Windows 10 Recovery Discs.
I have installed every Windows 10 update as soon as each one has been released.
I have recently experienced the 'Windows 10 100% Disc Usage' issue.
Installing the most Windows 10 update (within the last couple of days since 8 Nov 2016) resulted in a failed update and my laptop has been unuseable since.
I am presently attempting to recover my laptop to Windows 7 using the recovery partition. The recovery process is proving to be extremely slow (i.e. leaving the laptop running overnight produces no progress).
There is no data which I need to recover from the laptop.
MY QUESTIONS:
1. Should I be looking to get back to Windows 7 first before Windows 10?
2. Can I get back to Windows 10 (since I downloaded/installed Windows 10 during the free upgrade period) once Windows 7 has reinstalled on the laptop?
Any and all assistance with my issue will be most appreciated.

I have my brothers pc with me as it's hard drive has gone pop. Being in his 60's he hasn't any recovery media. I have pumped the product key into microsoft for a copy of the iso but it refers me to HP for it. How can i get a link for the correct iso file to rebuild his machine please.

Right, I have now installed my new hd and formatted it, and wonder if their is any way I can get a copy of Windows 8 from HP again after my warranty has now lapsed.
